How much does it cost?
There is no extra cost to the Smart-XM approach. Often, our pricing is less than the competition.
Do you help with event strategy?
Yes. We can help you develop the right event strategy. Unlike other agencies, we have real world brand experience. We have walked in your shoes. We can help develop your brand strategy, find the right target audience, and the right type of event.
How long does the planning process take?
This depends on the complexity of the activation plan, but usually in three to four weeks, less if we can find the right type of activation right away
What criteria do you use to hire brand ambassadors?
We like to hire brand ambassadors who know how to sell. They need to be sales people first and demonstrators second. Anyone can hand out a sample. A sales person conveys the right message to get someone to buy your brand.
How do you train brand ambassadors?
We start by working with the brand to create a briefing deck that educates the brand ambassador on the brand. We work with the brand on the key selling points to develop the brand ambassador elevator pitch. We test the brand ambassador on this material to make sure they are ready to go.
What do post-event interactions look like?
The post-event interaction is where Smart-XM goes beyond the typical “one-and-done” activation (where the sample is handed out and nothing happens afterwards). After the event, we do two things…(1) We develop a report to communicate the insights we gain based on our better data collection capability; and (2) We can use the contact information we collect to re-market to the consumer in several ways.
